The lot is partly furnished with the basic furnishing. There's a blank room on the second floor. I've tried to use mostly EA stuff so the lot won't be packed with too many CCs. If you don't want CC, you can install only the package format of the lot so all CCs will be replaced by in-game content. Or you can install the lot AND the build-mode CCs so the outlook of the house will look exactly the same as in the preview =) Enjoy and Happy  Simming!
